# Install modpacks

If you're running a Minecraft server, you may wish to install modpacks to venture away from traditional versions of the game and explore something new. 

To install modpacks using our installer, head over to the [Game Panel](https://game.lodestone.host) and select "Modpack Manager" on the sidebar menu.

You'll then see a list of available modpacks, and can use the search function to find more.&#x20;

You can click "Install" next to the modpack to automatically install it on your server.

You'll need to restart your server after you've installed the modpacks.

We recommend using at least 8GB RAM on your server to run most modpacks. Make sure you check minimum requirements before installing.&#x20;
