# Resolve pending status

Sometimes, after purchasing a service, you may notice that it's marked as "Pending" instead of "Active" in your client account. This means that it's not ready for use.

Dedicated servers are always marked as pending, since they take a few days to be setup. If this is the case for you, please be patient and await an email from our team.

However, if you've ordered a different service and it's not marked as active within a few minutes of payment, kindly [open a ticket](/knowledgebase/account-and-billing/open-a-support-ticket.md) to contact our team.
